How to find inverse functions

In this video we discuss what is means to find an inverse function and we also distinguish the difference of when you might have an inverse function vs having an inverse relation.

Remember that the big idea for inverse functions is that you always switch the x and y (as stated in this video). Extending that further, if you do have an inverse function, you also switch the domain and range. Meaning the domain of f(x) is the range of the inverse of f(x) and the range of f(x) is the domain of the inverse of f(x).
