All the work, not to mention the expense, put into this video is incredible. Thanks so much, Caleb!

Don't think we missed that SWEET edit at 13:04, brother! I have no idea why you don't have subs in the multiple millions. Your videos are SUCH great production quality! And when it comes to content, you're my go-to guy for gear info! Much appreciated and great job as always mate! :-)

Since I knew nothing about field monitors, I had to watch this video about six times or more to get familiar with all of the features and then decide which ones were the most important. So I ended up buying the Desview R6 specifically for that bright screen. Thank you for this in-depth review, Caleb, it was exactly what I needed to make a purchase decision. Cheers!

I bought an ASUS Zenscreen and plugged in my DSLR. it's only a monitor but it works great but 16 inch is a bit large they do exist in 14 inch sizes.

I have a shoot in New York in less than 3 weeks. Needed to quickly grab a budget monitor. Grabbed the Osee T5 due to your review. Thanks so much for the breakdown.

Great video, and based on your reviews I purchased the Andycine C7, however I think I should mention what my experience with this monitor was like. It worked fine initially but completely failed after 6 months with only very light usage. I contacted Andycine support and was told that they would NOT be able to replace my unit because the warranty had expired. I asked how that was possible since I had only had the monitor for 6 months – they replied that their warranties are 1 year from the date of manufacture, not from the date of purchase. So in my case, my unit was made over a year ago before I bought it, which means that it was sold to me without it having any warranty at all (I have never heard of a warranty practice like this for any products that are sold in the U.S.). So just thought I would mention this in case any of your viewers are considering this monitor. Since then, I’ve bought a Desview monitor which I really like and think is better than the Andycine C7 *and* is warranted from the date of sale.

I’ve been monitoring my subscription feed for this video to pop up. 👍
Definitely need an update from my garbage cheapo monitor from 2017.

Been waiting for this one! A monitor is really the last thing I NEED for my camera kit and I've had my eye on the Feelworld LUT7 for awhile for the features and brightness. Glad to see it gets your recommendation!

I’ve been bouncing around the idea of getting a monitor and the timing of this video is perfect.

So helpful!! You didn't talk at all about what you might be sacrificing in these monitors compared to more 'Pro' ones from brands like SmallHD which cost a whole lot more. Would love to hear your thoughts. With monitor tech becoming more and more inexpensive, is it really necessary to get more pricey pro brands?

I went with the Neewer F100 7" monitor and the Lilliput A5 5" monitor for my cameras, both are nice little monitors, I don't need a lot of the extra features

Thank you for this! Now all that's left is a comprehensive Teleprompter comparison and I'll be set :)

Thanks for all these reviews, I only was missing how sharp they are, since clarity of picture is very important to me.

Great video! Thanks for this….I always thought a Shinobi would be the way to go for me, but seeing this break down of all the other monitors that are cheaper and have more capabilities I feel like I have to go a different direction. So thank you!
