Chris Hipkins sworn in as New Zealand Prime Minister

Chris Hipkins has been sworn in as the 41st Prime Minister of New Zealand, completing the transition of power from Jacinda Ardern.

The formalities took place at Government House in Wellington where Deputy Prime Minister Carmel Sepuloni and former deputy prime minister Grant Robertson joined Mr Hipkins.
