Bishr ate Poison Lamb bc His Prophet Said it was OK & then 😵💀

According to Ibn Ishaq:

When the apostle had rested, Zaynab d. al-Harith, the wife of Sallam b. Mishkam prepared for him a roast lamb, having first inquired what joint he preferred. When she learned that it was the shoulder she put a lot of poison in it and poisoned the whole lamb. Then she brought it in and placed it before him. He took hold of the shoulder and chewed a morsel of it, but he did not swallow it. Bishr b. al-Bara b. Ma’rur who was with him took some of it as the apostle had done, but he swallowed it, while the apostle spat it out, saying, ‘This bone tells me that it is poisoned.’"

Bishr was unable to stand up, and "his colour became like a head shawl (taylasan),"  i.e., green.

From the beauty of the Islamic teachings, the Quran mentions:

And do not insult those they invoke other than Allāh, lest they insult Allāh in enmity without knowledge. Thus We have made pleasing to every community their deeds. Then to their Lord is their return, and He will inform them about what they used to do.

Quran 6:108

There is a difference between criticising and trying to refute a persons beliefs as opposed to mocking and insulting.

You should apologise and leave this behaviour.

As a Muslim I don’t think this behaviour is befitting a Christian in general or Vocab in particular.

I disagree with Vocab as a Muslim but I benefited from his research into the Hebrew Israelites. So I’m surprised by these types of videos.

I don’t see it is correct to engage with people who mock other peoples beliefs, religions or culture.
