I really appreciate your video .. I've always found that when "teaching" it's always best to speak slowly.... thanks

Thank you so much for this video! I couldn't find anything that showed how to apply the G7 . So simple and easy.

I just got my first CGM ever and was really nervous about where to put it, how to get it to stay on, etc - your videos helped me calm down about it and I’ve just placed it! Thank you for providing real human how-to advice - the actual Dexcom g7 videos I didn’t find super helpful or comforting.

Your videos are the best. The only channel that I watch regarding Diabetes and Sensors and the general lifestyle. Thanks!! Keep up the good work!

I loved the G6 compared to older CGMs. The warmup time getting reduced is nice. Thank you for the quick video. Been diabetic for 25 years this September

Thank you so much for this! I have to apply my four year old son's first g7 today and was afraid it would hurt him. But this video made me feel better.

Holy moly, I was actually fearful of putting this on for the first time in spite of your assurances! Indeed, I didn’t feel anything inserting as a matter of fact! The sensation of pressing the cup against the back of my arm was really all I felt.

I watched this months ago. Thank you so much for your time and showing us! I am watching again. I get mine very soon. My PCP's Nurse will put it on me the first time because I am really nervous for some reason. I access my iv port with no problem with a thick needle. Lol!

Just wanted to thank you for this video, I use to get a freestyle libre 2, and just like the G7, it has a needle that kind of made me nervous, but I put it in, and didn't feel a thing, the problem I had was it kept falling off, I am so glad to see this has another patch to help keep it in place, I switched pharmacies, and when I did that, the device changed too, so I am glad for the extra patch to keep it in place, and thank you for this video

This video is right on time. I have used G6 for a few years. However, I needed a refill of sensors and my doctor switched me to G7 a 3 month supply should be arriving tomorrow. I also have Skin Grip ordered and on the way. I am really going to like the 30 minute warm up. The last 4 times I changed my G6 sensor I was in a hurry and forgot to start the warm up period I actually had to stick my finger a couple of times to monitor a higher than normal carb meal.

I feel better after watching this video. I’m getting my G7 in a few days for the first time. I think I can do it and doesn’t look painful ❤

Thank you for not disabling comments, like Dexcom did on its tutorials. My wife had used the G6, “upgraded” to the G7 around 6 months ago on the advice of her “clinic.” Tonight we had to insert a new sensor, and within five minutes the monitor beeped and said “sensor failed.” Yes, I had pressed the sensor for 10 seconds after I inserted it on her arm. This is the second or third G7 sensor that has failed since she switched from the G6. We again tonight had to insert a new G7 sensor, the last one she had. Also, the G7 keeps giving her abnormally low or high blood sugar readings for no apparent reason. IMO, for these reasons, there just is something not right about the G7.

Your video was incredibly helpful. I was very nervous that adding the sensor would hurt, but thanks to your video, I was confident when adding it and it did NOT hurt at all. Thank you for helping this newbie!

Thank you for showing this. I was recently diagnosed with gestational diabetes and I'm terrified of needles. This helped break down the process and overall mental preparation I needed to do this. Thank you!
