Awesome that Adam's level of fame gets the rest of us access to things like this, on top of his own insights having worked in the film industry.

I love how Sara encourages Tamsin with physical cues. Its obvious they're nervous and star struck despite Adam's subtle reassurances, its good to see those little "you got this" looks between the ladies.

I think the set design of Silo is fantastic. Everyone in the team behind it should be really proud.

I was the VFX asset supervisor on this show. We had to do all the set extensions and the entire Silo but yeah....they built a full level on set! It was a cool show to work on for sure.

I love that he doesn't just interview "above-the-line" executives, producers, and such, but highlights below-the-line workers who made it happen.

I love Art Departments. In 30 years of directing, production designers and their crews have easily been my strong favorites, I have to admit. And these two ladies fit the department to a „T“. I love how shy they are in the beginning, and how they warm up the longer they can talk about things that matter to them. I love that they talked to the art directors and NOT the production designer who normally would get all the glory. Everything about this is lovely.

I love watching Adam listen and ask the right questions to coax out people's excitement for the things they're passionate about. Every party in that conversation is a fan of the other, it's just passionate artists geeking out to each other and it's beautiful

I love how they are so excited to share their work with Adam, and he is equally excited to see how they create such a great production.

As a scenic painter in the movie industry ....this process is one of the most satisfying processes i have ever been part of. We get to bring to life what was in someones mind.

As someone who is sometimes accidentally a bit hangry and toxic when giving feedback online about productions, products, designs, art, etc; the obvious passion these women have for their work - especially the smile of the one in purple - really makes me feel guilty about some of the ways i've shared feedback in the past. It's a gift to humanity when people find their passion project.

Somehow just watching the way in which she presented herself has had an unexpectedly strong influence on me.

I could listen to these two talk about their jobs all day! And Adam is just so good at knowing what questions to ask, how to elicit the kind of institutional knowledge and information that would be interesting to someone on the outside looking in, a 'fishbowl-er', but not necessarily self-evidently interesting to someone who has already grown gills. Does that make sense?
I somehow landed on the most complicated way of saying Adam is a good interviewer, all because I wanted to throw down some colloquial slang that I think is criminally underrated. Fetch will happen!

I really wish this kind of behind the scenes could exist for all sci-fi tv shows and movies like I’d love to see Adam getting toured around and shown the PHM sets / art departments once that is further in development

You guys do this better then anyone else. Giving these small tours and highlighting the people who are directly responsible for what we see on the screen during a show is awesome. I mean this is only part of the overall deign of a show but its the nuts and bolts of the show. Which makes the engineer and designer in me giggle with joy. It was great seeing these two women who probably will never be recognized for their efforts, other then by peers, get an introduction to a larger audience because of your show. Well done tested.

The way your guides talked about not being totally wow'd when they saw the final product, but more relieved, reminds me of cooking. A cook is always tasting food through the cooking process, so there isn't an amazing "wow" moment when they finally eat the end result. But for all the other people being served the food, they can have that wow moment. That's the real joy in eating at a restaurant. Everyone gets the joy of the first bite.

Adam Seriously- you need to do more of this..Your unbridled Joy is obvious and contagious and these simple show and tell formats pull people into the show as well. It highlights the Craft (cap C) behind what we all just watch mindlessly on TV...

These two really have "main character" energy. I'd watch a show staring them. I love seeing someone who is really into the work they're doing and these two have a great chemistry for showcasing what they've been working on together.

It's really neat to see some of the other people involved with making these shows come to life, other than just the higher level individuals that always get all the spotlight. There are so many passionate individuals working diligently behind the scenes to bring these shows to life. Individuals that rarely get the 'light' shined in their direction to take some of that credit and express their pride in what they do. Case and point, Tamsin & Sara. You could tell both of these ladies are really passionate about what they do and they were so eager to show off everything they worked so hard on. And Adam does such a great job of asking the right questions, while giving them the proper time to not only answer said questions, but to expand/elaborate on the answers to give even more insight. Alot of people that do interview tours like this constantly cut off the people to push along the tour. So I appreciated that. All in all, this was a really cool look behind the "curtain", so to speak!

I love how Adam is so careful around others' work - he is so consciously meticulous about not touching anything without permission, even when the creators or actors are banging stuff around with reckless abandon. These videos make me want to watch the (amazing) series again just to appreciate the environments.

I love how makers are so excited to explain their work with Adam ❤
