Animated Sliding Image Gallery with jQuery and Javascript Part 3

In this short video series we make from start to finish a animated sliding image gallery using HTML,CSS,jQuery, Javascript and a little PHP.

You dont need to know any server side programming for this tutorial, I simply used it to loop through all of the images in one folder. This could be hard coded with just HTML.

Enjoy watching the videos, it less than 45 minutes in length and by the end of the 3 videos you should have a better understanding of how to make a sliding image gallery.

This gallery can be extended so much further, my aim was just to give you enough knowledge of how to do it, so as you can then extend it yourself.

Thank you for great tutorials! But i have one more question. Could you make a something that says which foto are current and how many fotos are. Example : Photo 2/10 and ect ?

After following this through all three (four) videos I got to this part and when you put in the JS to make the arrows disappear at the beginning and end of the show it breaks the hover effect of making them show up and disappear while hovered and not over the box. What is the work around to this? Thanks!

Hi I would like to use this sliding gallery as the actual function of my webpages. So that my header will be on every page but the body will change by swinging horizontally sideways. Where would I put all this text code in the body text to do this? If you haven't guessed I am not experienced just in need of a hand with making a modern looking website preferably an online shopping site. I need all the help I can get! Thanks.

Dude, this video was really helpful. I've tried it and it worked perfectly. The only problem is when I get images with different sizes. Do you have any method to center all the images regardless their size and make them slide correctly?
