Josh Jacobs is a professional American football running back for the Las Vegas Raiders of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at the University of Alabama, where he was the team's starting running back for the 2018 and 2019 seasons. Jacobs was then selected in the first round (24th overall) by the Raiders in the 2019 NFL Draft. Since joining the league, Jacobs has been a starting running back for the Raiders and has been among the top rushers in the NFL. He was named to the Pro Bowl in his rookie season and has also been named to the All-Rookie team.
