I have installed the latest version of citrix workspace for my university (because i have to open programs like word ans autocad via here) but when i open word i just see my deskopt background instead of word. And if i hover over word in the taskbar i just see the logo of word but the word start page. Any idea what the problem can be?

Hello Kelvin, I just downloaded the lastest version of Citrix (24.3.1.97) for my windows 11 Pro, and i get the error said

"Error number 2308 ; The Citrix workspace received a corrupt ICA file. The key (WFClient) has no associated value."

Hi Kelvin, I don't know what went wrong. I am unable to install the latest version for Citrix workspace. I downloaded the latest version but installation is the issue. My program doesn't have any previous version of citrix. So i cannot even see the Citrix app in the tray to follow the steps mentioned by you. Glad if you can help

Hi Kelvin, My Citrix receiver keeps repeatedly launching even though I close the App with the top right 'X' under Windows 11. Also noted the Taskbar 'Citrix Workspace' icon is Blue not grey like on your video. I can right-Click and exit the Citrix Receiver on the Taskbar but it keeps coming back. Anyway to stop Citrix Receiver repeated re launches? Thanks.
