everyone here has been saying that they're performing this, whilst i just got promoted to pointe class a few weeks ago )):

We just briefly learned this variation on flat in our ballet intensive adult class this week. Not strong enough for pointe yet, but it’s something I’m working towards! I’ve only been dancing a couple years! I’m 31 and love ballet the most though I’m doing good at choreography in lyrical dance.

I'm learning this in variations class and so far it's the easiest and least exhausting lol (for reference, we've done Diana and Acteon and Cupid so far)

Edit: after learning Harlequinade, Le Corsaire, and Raymonda in the second semester, this was still the easiest variation we did.
A year later- still one of the easiest I've learned

Het always has such clean, classically sound, un-affected dancers. No extraneous unnecessary movement, no acrobatic ridiculousness or pretentiousness, just good, solid, strong, pure classical ballet. Always nice to watch.

I’m the youngest dancer in my dance school to get promoted to pointe shoes (i got promoted in 2021) and at first I couldn’t even do 1 turn en pointe but now i can easily do 4-5. It doesnt matter about the age u start at, but rather how much work u put in. Theres a lot of very young dancers that look stunning bc they put in hard work! I’m currently doing Diana and Acteon variation and harlequinade variation en pointe! Js a year ago i was doing these two variations in flat shoes 😅 so really if u wanna do good u need to put in the effort and rlly commit to what u want to improve at 😊

I just found out that I will be going on pointe at 11 years old and will starting in a month or so! We are performing this for the nutcracker as the 4 besties! I am beyond excited!!!😃😃
