FYI - v4 is now the default for Midjourney. So the --v 4 is no longer necessary.

The idea is good but the result cannot be compared to what Lensa provides in terms of likeness.
Lensa spends like 30 minutes to train its AI on your specific input images whereas Midjourney only uses image prompt reference.
I love MJ and I wish they provide a real input images service like Dreambooth or Lensa.

You can also type /settings on midjourney and set the versions, and many other things automatically so you dont have to type --v4 every time, etc

Midjourney makes completely dissimilar results. Lensa (Stable Diffusion) makes avatars where people look like themselves.

I tried this idea last week with just one selfie and midjourney was changing my race 😂 I am Latin American and I do have almond eyes shape, but all the results were as if I was Japanese or from somewhere in asia 😅😂

so far midjourney simply cannot give accurate faces like lensa, i hope they make that available in v5

Great tutorial, thank you! I did have one question, though. I was confused when you said, "The easiest way to get URLs is to drag the images into Discord." When one does this, the images are uploaded to a server the user may not own or manage, correct? I currently have the free version of Discord, and I don't think I have my own space to upload and store images. Please correct me if I'm mistaken.
