It depends on location. Rent is high in a lot areas. I have seen shop owners paying $2500 for rent and the barbers paying $250 a week for both rent. You can’t live off $12 cuts or for that matter $25 cuts. If you can’t make your both rent daily then that’s a problem. The other issue is once your clientele gets big enough you will have to raise prices
