Have you ever wanted to turn #Minecraft into something completely different? Well, with the Reign of Nether mod, you can do just that! This mod transforms Minecraft from a simple block-building game into a classic real-time strategy (RTS) experience, like the ones we’ve all loved in games like Warcraft or Age of Empires. Now you get to build entire bases, gather resources, and command armies in epic battles! ⚔️

In this mod, you’re not just playing as a single character anymore—you’re leading an entire race! I chose the Villagers for my playthrough. First, I built a Town Center, then houses for the villagers, food farms, and started gathering essential resources like wood and ore. I even set up Barracks to train soldiers and protect my growing town. The coolest part? Illagers fight right alongside the villagers as military units, and Iron Golems are your tanks! After building a bridge and gathering a powerful army, I launched an attack on the undead lurking nearby.

What’s in the Mod?

Top-down RTS camera: You can finally see the whole battlefield, making it easier to control units and manage your buildings.
Classic RTS controls: Manage your units with precision—move, attack, and build just like in traditional strategy games.
Resource gathering: Collect food, wood, and ore to grow your village and build a powerful army.
Multiple races: Play as Villagers, Monsters, or Piglins, each with unique abilities and playstyles.
Multiplayer battles: Jump into matches with friends or take on the game in single-player mode.
Buildings and units from Minecraft: You’ll be commanding units like spellcasters, cavalry, and more, all based on vanilla Minecraft mobs.
Upgrades and secrets: Discover powerful upgrades and hidden cheats to gain an edge over your enemies.
Race Breakdown:

Villagers: A united front of villagers and illagers who’ve come together to defend their home. With a balance of military strength and building expertise, they can turn even the smallest village into a fortress.
Monsters: Creatures of the night, brought together by dark forces. Raise skeletons from graveyards, hatch spiders, and more. Monsters can’t operate in daylight, but once night falls, they’re unstoppable.
Piglins: Straight out of the Nether, Piglins are on a mission to conquer the Overworld. Wherever they build, the land changes, turning into Nether-like terrain with netherrack and nylium. Their goal? Dominate everything in their path.
To start a match, hit F12 to switch to RTS camera mode. You’ll place your starting workers, gather resources, and grow your empire until you’re ready to conquer. If you’re new to RTS games, don’t worry—the single-player tutorial will walk you through the basics and help you learn how to manage your units and base.

The best part is that you can play in rts mode while your friends explore your kingdom and do stuff outside of rts mode all at the same time.

Its really a good idea for a mod I wish you can expand it more give it a campaign lore for each races and more unique mobs too, it'll be like Starcraft and Warcraft all over again.
