I run only blues and uv on my AI Blades. I find I can have a higher par with just blues without the bleaching. I think you should do a BRS investigates on it so I don't have to.

IMO running super high blues all the time make the tank look so ridiculous and unnatural. You can get the same aesthetic for hundreds of dollars cheaper with plastic toy corals and a black light.
