This isn't Catholicism though. It's people who aren't in communion with Rome claiming to be Catholic.

This should be titled, seven women leave the Roman Catholic Church.

They are obsessed with two words, Roman Catholic, but were "ordained" in an Episcopal church. LOL

You're not Roman Catholic. Show some integrity. Start your own religion if that is what you want but don't use the name Roman Catholic.

A woman cannot stand “in persona Christe.” There really is no priest but Christ. A Catholic priest lends his voice to speak for Christ at the altar. He speaks as the groom when he says “This is My Body...” A woman cannot lend a feminine body/voice in this way. It isn’t exclusion or something “antiquated.” It simply is not possible.

If a woman is "ordained" a "priest" she's no more of a priest than I am sitting here right now. - Mother Angelica

Uhmm, sorry but these women are already excommunicated therefore they are no longer part of the Catholic Church. :)

When you disobeyed the magisterium of the church you are already excommunicated. God bless you all.

I love how they say they are Roman Catholic and then the Bishop ordaining them says he broke with Rome whereby he acknowledges he left the Catholic church

They, whoever, might “ordained” a million women, but not a single one of them they will never be a true priest of Jesus Christ. What a joke!

Don't call these women Roman Catholic when they're not. I can say I'm a doctor and would operate on you, but would you let me touch you since I have no license to practice medicine? So don't freaking call these women Roman Catholic when you know full well the Catholic Church doesn't recognize them. This is bad journalism. I would say it's even unethical because you're purposely misleading the ignorant.

I disapprove. The priesthood was passed down through Peter, not Mary Magdalene.

These ladies can dress up and play games if they wish, but they are definitely not priests. Why don't they join the Episcopalians?

to be Catholic Priest one must receive permission from a Catholic Bishop and be a man.

They mentioned that the movement was started by Rómulo Antonio Braschi who is not in communion with Rome at all. That being said all the women he’s ordained are independent Catholics, not Roman Catholics. They are Protestants like he is, and the women “bishops, ” are also Protestants. This isn’t a Roman Catholic, or an eastern catholic group at all!

Women can bring a lot to the Catholic church, but not through the priesthood. Women are not to be priests. Jesus picked twelve men. How clearer can His action be? TWELVE MEN! Not His Mother, not Mary Magdeline, No!, twelve men. What these women are doing is selfish, and damaging other souls. The demise of these souls, these women will have to answer to God Himself! Woe to them, for leading God's children astray!

The name of this video incorrectly, the bishop himself says he cut his ties with the Catholic Church. This is a heresy. They are excommunicated in so facto.
