The YAS Navigator PUSH model, is an approach where patients are streamed into an appropriate service using the information gained by the initial 999 call, rather than waiting for a secondary clinical assessment. These patients then receive the secondary clinical assessment from the partner service with an intent of receiving the right response, faster and with less duplication of work
