I purchased a mini-pc based on TeamPandory's recommendation and I regrew my hair, lost weight and my wife finds me more attractive! Also, these minis seem to be getting closer to replacing the desktop and USFF PCs and workstations. It will be interesting to see if they are adopted by IT in corporations.

One of your previous videos reviewing a mini also included a section with that mini on an oculink dock along with an eGPU and PSU. Can't find the video, but I know it was your channel 'cuz I remember the table and the view, lol. I wanted to say I got a bunch of useful info from it that I didn't even know I needed. So thanks for the way you produce your content.
When you were changing the fan speeds in the chapter, 'Fixing the Fan Whine' what did you change in the bios? I couldn't tell what was changed starting from the @14: 56 to 14:59.

I need a PC to replace my older dual core little laptop and my primary use will be using Riverside for video editing and uploading shorts to YouTube. Other then maybe need to upgrade the WiFi card, it looks like this K11 would do the trick and still conserve power.

I would much prefer if you checked the performance of these mini PCs on Performance setting in the BIOS (even though that one benchmark showed little difference - I have seen test were a difference can be around 10-20%).

I just bought this with the 64gb of ram. I dont even play pc games i need something to run tons of programs at the same time so this should hopefully work well

for the price gmktec are really worth looking at for mini's at the moment! Only ones that beat them are beelink but they are well more expensive mainly because they have newer processors in their units but gmktec is getting there as well, they have a new unit comeing the evo-x1 it has an amd hx370 AND an oculink port for external gpu and its 300 quid cheaper than the beelink equivilent

I've noticed the K8 Plus has the fan set as exhaust but the K11 has it as intake? This could be just because RGB but, have you tried setting the fans in both orientations to see if theres an SSD/RAM temperature difference? Great reviews, Emu. Your K8 Plus one is the one that finally made me pull the trigger on it.

I was hoping that you take off transparent cover thing on box to see if it improves temp or not.
