Hiii i dont have irish whiskey, what can i use as a substitute? Black and white scotch, or any other whiskey?

Ive tried several variations of this recipe. With each one, the cream curdles. Anyone have any idea how to prevent this, ? Ive also kept it chilledand at room temp. Always same curdling issue. Thanks

Good video, but you are making Irish cream liqueur, not Baileys, this is a brand name and your drink is similar but not identical.
