Dear Robert, This is a great talk and you are a great speaker. Please consider promoting this video on social media sites FB, Twitter, etc.
Don't be afraid to toot your own horn for all the right reasons - if this means getting an important message across.
This important talk you presented and delivered deserves a much greater viewing list as so far, at my viewing it only has 630 views - let's try and get this up to 630, 000 in the first instance - and then after that we'll breach the million mark. Connect up with Dr Gary Small and Gigi Vorgan - and promote each others' message to get it out there.
We need to make people aware that something is there sometimes before people can find what they are looking for...!
Good luck and best wishes for the future!
Stuart
