RAGDA PATTICE RECIPE ❤️
Ingredients:
- Safed Matar/White Peas: 250gm
- Ginger: 1 inch + 1/2 inch
- Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tsp + 1/4 tsp
- Coriander Powder: 1/2 tsp + 1/2 tsp
- Hing: 1/4 tsp
- Saunf: 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil: 1 tbsp + 1 tbsp
- Cumin: 1/2 tsp
- Green Chilli: 2pc
- Boiled Potatoes: 5-6pc
- Amchur: 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala: 1/2 tsp
- Kasuri Methi: 1 tsp
- Bread Crumbs: Handful
- Handful Coriander Leaves
- Imli Chutney
- Mint Chutney
Recipe:
1. Wash and soak safed matar for 5-6 hours or overnight. Boil them in water along with ginger, turmeric powder, coriander powder, hing, saunf and salt for 3-4 whistles.
2. Take a pan, add oil, cumin, ginger, green chilli and saute. Add boiled potatoes, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, amchur, garam masala, kasuri methi and bread crumbs. Lightly mash everything together.
3. Once the matar has boiled, mash them a bit and add coriander leaves, garam masala, coriander powder, kasuri methi and amchur. Mix well.
4. Take small portions of the potato mix, form tikki shape and shallow fry them from both sides.
5. Serve them together with imli chutney, mint chutney, chopped onions and tomatoes. Enjoy!
