Which fruits and vegetables are the best for fighting CANCER?

I recently asked Chris Wark, who managed to BEAT cancer by making radical changes to his diet and lifestyle. So, what did he eat every day instead of taking chemotherapy?

When it came to VEGETABLES, he made giant salads loaded with foods from the cruciferous and allium families, such as garlic, onions, leeks, broccoli, cauliflower, kale, cabbage, bok choy, and brussels sprouts. According to Chris, these are the kinds of foods he ate "most every single day".

With fruits, he consumed lots of potent anti-cancer BERRIES including blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, cherries, and raspberries. He made them EASY to eat too, by simply adding them to smoothies, oatmeal or just eating them by the handful.

"Eating an optimal anti-cancer diet is not difficult. It is very, very easy. Most people find that once they get their favorite recipes and routines figured out, it's very easy and sustainable."
