Very Smooth Beginnings: A Keramas Specialty

Bali’s East coast almost always delivers its smoothest conditions in the mornings, and there’s no better place for it than Keramas.

With an early high tide and medium sized swell in the forecast, the wind was the last piece of the puzzle for a classic Keramas session. Strong SE trade winds have dominated over the last couple of months, but it backed off enough this particular day, making for some silky smooth walls and clean barrels.

The wind did eventually turn onshore by late morning, but there were a ton of waves ridden while the conditions were pristine, and there was still plenty of shape in spite of the funky wind change.

I surfed that wave from Mexico fo Africa
And.half way a shark grabbed me by the leg and took me leg off shiver me timbers so i grabbed it while still surfing and it's fin took my eye out. So i bite it back and took its leg off and poked its eye out so if you see a shark with one eye missing a leg tell it to give my leg back!!
