Illinois is not dying. It will be the capital of the climate safe zone. While, Florida and other coastal states suffer from the rising sea levels and Texas and Arizona suffer from and the rest of the upper midwest will be the safe haven that people will return to in mass. GOD BLESS Illinois and the Great Lakes States.

The population of Vermont has gone up, not down. West Virginia has only dropped 20, 000 in the past 30 years. Wyoming's population has gone up by 130, 000 or 29% in the past 30 years. Where does this person get their facts. Alaska's population has been going up since 1930, up 33% in the last 30 years. Hawaii has gone up by 31% in 30 years and still climbing. The population of Connecticut is going up slowly but surely. Others have only dropped slightly. Illinois I agree with, People are moving from the Chicago area to northern Indiana due to high taxes and crime. This video is nonsense
