In Is Helaena Targaryen a dreamer I go over the evidence supporting that she is a dragon dreamer, which means she has the gift of prophecy. In Episode 7 of House of the Dragon she gives a prophecy about her brother Aemond that comes true in episode 8. She also gives another prophecy in episode 8 and I try and explain it what she means.

She’s the only one of those bloody Hightowers that I like.

Dany: For my wedding he gave me three petrified dragon eggs. He believed … the world believed … that the ages had turned them to stone. How many centuries has it been since dragons roamed the skies? But I dreamt that if I carried those eggs into a great fire, they would hatch. When I stepped into the fire, my own people thought I was mad. But when the fire burned out, I was unhurt, the Mother of Dragons. Do you understand? I’m no ordinary woman. My dreams come true.

She's one of the most tragic characters in GRRM's world.

I got the feeling the "dragons of flesh" were the family and "dragons of thread" referred to their banners or funeral shrouds with their respective colors, predicting the carnage the Targs would unleash on one another.

Evie Allen (shown in the video) plays the younger Helaena Targaryen.
Phia Saban (NOT shown in the video) plays the older Helaena Targaryen.

I believe so. but her father has it, that's why he placed Rhaenyra on the Throne right? Daenerys has it, that's how she hatched the eggs. in the book, Dany also sees blue roses blooming in the crack of ice wall.

I do think it refers to the war banners of both sides

I think this is a reference and/or tribute to Patchface the fool, who also did a similar thing in AOIAF, but was never included in the GOT show, so they are sort of doing it here.

I think that phrase in it entirety refers to the war of dragons 🐉 the dragons of flesh being the actual dragons and dragons of thread being their ryders

Here Spools of Green and Black are the two sides and the Hand (as you say Otto Hightower) turns the loom could be the fact that before his meddling, there was but one faction- the blacks. And now he would again contribute in the politics actively till the war. 'Dragons of flesh weaving dragons of loom' I think means that the strength of both the sides in terms of real Dragons will have weightage (as Aemonds dragon eats Rhaneyra) and finally decide which side wins, hence creating dragons of thread, that is the side that wins~ The Targaryen (heir of the house of dragon) that wins.

I thought it had to do with Deamon and Rhaenyra getting married

Why give her prophesy though? Wouldnt she have been able to see her son being murdered?... among other things.
