Just to clarify, this isn’t a perfect solution. A large portion of people that get gastric balloons experience frequent nausea or pain. Also, like said in the video, these only last for a few months, so you won’t see any long-term results unless you actually make an effort to lose weight. Obviously there’s no perfect solution to weight loss, and a gastric balloon is a fairly good way to start, but it’s not going to work in the long term.

To clarify, this is actually made for people with too much weight, and if they can’t lose weight, they put this balloon to lose weight easily. People sometimes use it to become skinny
