Just bought this camera used for the same price that you paid for yours. It truly is a great camera. I have this camera, an FZ 1000M2 and an FZ 300 --- all are great cameras.

Only downside is the auto focus other than that, such a quality camera.. very good weight and would also recommend this camera for any beginner

One reason to pick the FZ2000 over this this one is they apparently have fixed the manual focus operation. Its really hard under some lighting conditions to get the manual focus sharp as the focus is electronically adjusted when spinning the barrel so you have to be moving the barrel at a certain pace or nothing happens. You end up spinning back and forth trying to narrow it down; it's a pain, I have this camera. I don't know if the FZ2000 also electronically adjusts the focus but, it is supposedly easier to do with that camera.

Panasonic FZ1000 has Leica lens and not Zeiss. Both are german brand, but are independent. Leica does only has older still cameras Leica branding, with own Leica lens. Zeiss is specialised on optics and so far doen´t made any sort of still cameras.
