It worked but turning secure boot back on fixes the screen resolution to 1024x768p.

@DIII Computer Services It not always work, because sometimes manufacturers blocks bootguard settings, so you can't disable it in other way then dunp bios using SPI programmer and reprogram ME region or extract clean one from bios update file and replace...

Thank you, the only thing I needed to do was turn of Trusted sources/Computing to Disabled.

Didn't work. Still verification failures. Tried three different methods to create installation disk, different ISO images, different formats etc and two another flash drives.... My temper hasn't failed yet but soon I will go and get an axe.

Is there a way to make it work when secure boot is enabled? that's the reason why I'm still using the Media Creation Tool from Microsoft because this one works with secure boot enabled...
