Honestly I believe that the people like Anna who practise this everyday will stay flexible till like they’re early 30-40s and like most people who don’t practice all the time just aren’t flexible, and for some reason I’m more flexible than my parents even tho I can’t even do a split😔, Maybe it’s just when you get older you get less flexible?
