If ur case number is current for interview processing it’s possible for the embassy to send u appointment letter for interview

Hi Rodney, I'm a DV 2023 winner. I submitted my ds260 in June 2022 and resubmited in Oct 2022 for Ankara Embassy Turkey. My CN is AF24K + yet I haven't received my 2NL but the embassy schedule an interview for CN AF44K+, Why so? What might be the issue from 19K to 44K?
