I’m arab from the Arabian peninsula, and I assure you they’re not called “Al Khamsa” in Arabic or anywhere in the Arab world. “Khamsa” means number five. We call it “Arabi Aseel” then there’s 3 main strains of Arabian. 1- K’heilat كحيلات, these are muscular, tall, and dark around the eyes and mouth. Mostly used for shows and normal riding 2- Ebayyat عبيات have longer backs and used for endurance racing. 3- Saqlawi صقلاوي has chiseled facial features and mainly used for shows and beauty contests.

I am an Arabian breeder, have raised and trained these beautiful horses for over forty years. I definitely agree that they are the most loveable and trainable of all breeds. So gentle and responsive. Their beauty is a given.

These horses are also the smartest horse breed, they are the easiest to train. They also will bluff you if you are not as smart as they are. Bred them for 30 years and still in my 70's still ride an Arabian, he is like a puppy dog.

This is a very royal and charismatic horse, No wonder why Napoleon, George Washington, and Dutch Van Der Linde chose this breed.

Sadly they often get a bad rep for "being crazy" - which they're really not! I love their versatility and character

Some people complained about their tendency to freakout or as being sometimes temperamental !! I'd say, No !! These accusations are purely of human FAULT !! My family had raised and breeded Arabians for 8 generations and 'crazy' is definitely not one of their characterz...

I read about them on Karl May’s books, they are magnific, strong and fast, I read also how sheikhs use to read them Quran verses every night, and every purebreed horse had a secret phrase that used in critic moments could make the horse speed up like nothing, this horses have a good history and are really special.

As an Arab woman from the tribes of the Arabian Peninsula, I want to share that these horses were celebrated by poets from Arab tribes even before Islam. They were seen as symbols of beauty, strength, and courage. Poets wrote about how they defeated their enemies while riding these magnificent animals. Each tribe had its knights who trained and rode these horses, reflecting the strength of their men. The origins of these horses are undoubtedly in the Arabian Peninsula. Even after the advent of Islam, the Prophet Muhammad was keen on acquiring and raising Arabian horses, highlighting their dignity. When the Prophet and his companions spread Islam throughout the Arabian Peninsula and beyond, they rode these Arabian horses. ‏I am proud to be an Arab Muslim woman from noble arab tribes 🇸🇦🕋🕋☺️

Arabian horse is very proud anime in the past if the Arabian horse breed mixed up and they don’t know anymore they will sto the food from them for while if the horses start eat that mean they are not pure .
Arabian horses will refuse to eat because they disrespect them.

yeah, already knew that...thanks for tellin me tho. And did you know that one of the most famous Arabians of all is the ancestor for many of the most famous race horses...lath, Secretariat, Seabiscuit, Man O' War, Eclipse and many more...his name was Sham (arabic for sun) more widely known as the Godolphin Arabian

and also that 'dish' in their face is actually like their AC. whenever they breath in the dessert air, it naturally cools them off. Kinda surprised she didn't mention that one.

I think these are 'Al Khamsa'; 'The Five'.

The Keheilan
The Keheilans have deep chests and shorter heads. Standing around 15 hands tall, these Arabian strains are slightly larger in size. They also possess wide jaws and often come in grey and chestnut coat colors.

The Abeyan
The Abeyans are around 14.2 hands high and come with unique coat colors, often with a greyish undertone and sprayed white. They have relatively high tails and longer backs than the rest of the Arabian strains.

The Hadban
The Hadban are athletic Arabian strains with healthy and muscular bodies. They have flat faces and come in brown and bay coat colors that are sometimes accompanied by white markings. They stand around 14.3 hands tall.

The Seglawi
The Seglawi horses are prized for their feminine beauty. They have long faces with chiseled bone structures. These horses are relatively shorter, with around 14.2 hands of height, and come in bay colors.

The Hamdani
These strains of horses are athletic with large bones and muscular bodies. They are relatively larger in height, i.e., around 15.2 hands. They have flat faces, and the coat colors are typically grey or bay.

There is a poetry in Arabic that says :🐎🐎

The doctor says the medicine is with him when he checks your hand and arm, if the doctor knew a cure of death he will not suffer from it later .

We established through the spears a war market and we submitted the souls as products.

My horse 🐎 was a soul finder and he went through its sand and he bought and sold

And my sword 🗡 was a doctor in the battlefield, curing the patients who are complaining from headache

Some Arabians has been overbred to have exaggerated concave faces, causing breathing problems. It’s sad.
