Nice video, with a lot of useful information specially for me being new to the CLICk and the Automation Direct experience. I recently bought a EA3-T4CL HMI, no matter how I try to download my test project; it keep showing Error PTC -017. All of the videos that I see shows a very successful one time download with no issues. Do you have one showing step by step wiring and downloading using Ethernet or Serial?

!CAUTION!

If you are using the Alarm Control Setup feature, make sure you use the correct value for your application.
The value used in this video for " greater than" is not correct!
