Trio Pletenitsa - Rano Ranila Dilyana
At the break of dawn, a girl called Dilyana crossed the train tracks to reach her parents’ grape field. There she awaited the boy she loved, despite the disapproval of their families.
She complained about the unfairness of it all, yet knowing she couldn’t stay too long, for her mother would soon worry.
If you listen closely, you can hear the train passing by as the final chord is sung.
