Definitely need the icon pro because everyone needs that 30, 000 Hz frequency response LOL !! if I crank mine up, I can hear the 29.289KHZ FEEDBACK that blends with my tinnitus

Really like these. I have a broadcast situation where this would work well. In fact, a couple. Very promising.

Just curious as to why you didn’t include audio from the other mic. The whole reason I watched. Duh doi

I would love to see a USB Mic-for-iOS shootout. Shure and Earthworks have the two most capable USB mics, BUT most of their functionality is geared towards laptop-podcast to laptop. I’m curious if these mics can work well with iOS and if they can be integrated into a mobile iOS rig. Can we disable the output, to use another source like a mac’s “aggregate device”? Does the software (like the Shure mic) have an iOS version?
These USB mics seem to be geared towards podcast/streaming, but what is their validity in a portable/iOS music making scenario?

Is the USB interface type “c” ? The user guide on the earthworks website nor the description on sweetwater indicate the type of connector.

Micro USB? Hmmm. They skimped out on that. I would have liked to hear an unprocessed signal. Still, good info that others just don't mention.

In 2020 how are we still at a time when new devices aren't plug-n-play?
Windows users have to install the driver for the mic? It's simple enough to include the driver when you plug it in, like millions of devices out there right now
