Flannel is a material made of cotton, not a pattern. Flannel shirts are often plaid but they can also have other patterns out be solid The buffalo plaid that Governor Walz is wearing in the clip is not a shirt, as stated in the discussion, but is actually a wool coat. Flannel wool is not a thing.
