My evening routine is as follows:-
After dinner at 7.p.m I used to walk for 30 minutes and then I drink chamomile tea and then I either watch gaming video or play mobile game or just talk with my younger sister, then I take a warm bath brush my teeth then I prepare myself for next day and then study until I get asleep. That's all .

Unfortunately! I uesd to have that same routine as yours, but my E-book kindle has broke down I'm uesd to reading on my phone every night before sleep... So I'll change that habit soon lol 😊
