Boulder Grocery Store Shooter Suspect First Appearance

Boulder County District Attorney Michael Dougherty’s announced on Thursday that King Soopers mass shooting suspect Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa, 21, has officially been charged with 11 criminal counts.
There are 10 counts of first-degree murder and one count of criminal attempt to commit murder in the first degree. The first 10 counts are for the murders of Tralona Bartkowiak, 49, Suzanne Fountain, 59, Teri Leiker, 51, Kevin Mahoney, 61, Lynn Murray, 62, Rikki Olds, 25, Neven Stanisic, 23, Denny Stong, 20, Boulder police officer Eric Talley, 51, and Jody Waters, 65. It looks like the Colorado Criminal Justice System “had” this guy in 2018 for an Assault conviction. “Alissa was sentenced to one year probation and 48 hours of community service after being found guilty of third-degree assault in 2018 for an incident that occurred the previous November, according to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation's database.”

Apparently, his probation officer either ignored the case or failed to notice the severe signs of mental illness observed by several others, including family.

It has also been reported he was on the FBI’s radar, probably similarly to the 19 hijackers of 9/11/2001. Once again, the “system” failed to do its job yet the politicians are blaming “lax” restrictions on firearms.

There needs to be harsh, immediate consequences for mass murderers. Speedy trial, immediately followed by Execution.
