This is amazing thank you for making this video! So helpful and easy to understand. I have one question. When you were talking about the rim thickness, it looks like there is a pocket milled out on both sides of the gear which reduced the thickness of the gear at that point and in return will reduce the mass. I might have missed it, but is there some part of the rim thickness factor that considered the thickness of that milled out part of the gear. It might not see nearly as much stress as the teeth do, but I think that if that cross sectional area is too small, it could potentially fail.
