7 years later this is still my favourite eurovision song. I don't even remember the winners of the last years, but "cake to bake" doesn't get out of my head.

It’s such a happy and sweet song. I love how it mixes English with some Latvian words, and it just radiates such pure vibes. For these reasons it’s one of my all-time fave Eurovision songs ever 😃🎂🍰🧁🍥🥮

I have no idea what it is, but there's something about this song i love, it's so optimistic and fun, compared to all the other heavy, emotional song this is so cheerful, lights up my day in a minute. I like it a lot more than most of the other songs, maybe it's my love for Latvia that does the trick. OR maybe it's my love for cake hahaha.  Good luck dear neighbours! Add some love! From Estonia.

Just had this on my mind. I am not even a big Eurovision fan (I do watch though). This one just pops up in my head from time to time. And I will, at some point, bake a cake... Latest then I will listen again. Because it will naturally appear in my head :D

This song makes me very happy. I also think it's "kinda sorta" Latvia's answer to 'The Fox' phenomenon... I like the video because they are look like they are having fun about talking about that cake to bake. We also never see the cake, so I guess they couldn't find their mother... :-)

I really don't understand the haters. The chorus of this song is super catchy and easy to sing along. It may not be great Eurovision material, but it's definitely not a bad song.
