The words are italians! These are like words that u have to use for expressing the "time" of Classic music. So because italian Classic music was very important, Now and in the past foreigners usually write in italian. Like if it's slow u write andante, if it's Kind of "funny" and fast U have to write allegro or allegretto😉

It's a great looking and functional apartment for a single person. The price is a steal being that it is smack dab in the city. Here in the US... something similar would be about 5x for city living.
