Easy Brigadeiro Recipe

How to make an easy Brigadeiro at home.

2 tablespoons salted butter (30g)
1 can sweetened condensed milk (397g)
1/4 cup unsweetened pure cocoa powder (20g)
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (50g)
1 cup chocolate sprinkles
This recipe yields 20 pcs Brigadeiros

3 years later and STILL the best results recipe I have found. Works so well when you simply need to double or triple the measurements. I find that for consistent sized, one can of condensed milk makes 20 - 25 Brigadeiro. Bravo!
