To add a point at 38:38 index unique scan is better option than Range scan
I.e Select * from emp where emp_id=1;---unique scan will be good compared to Range scan
Select * from emp where emp_id between 20 and 50;--+ Range scan will be Good
Select * from emp where emp_id>20; Full scan will be good

What will be the impact on indexes?
Is downtime required for this activity? If Yes, then how much time is needed for 1 Tb table?

Performance of a export job from db is very poor and vendor asked to increase PFA from 5 to 10 gb with shared memory already used 50 out of 65 gb ..
