It's derestricted unless in the CDI where it's still restricted, that's why it doesn't pull further than 60 km/h.

mine 65km/h with other cdi and rollers and other pipe and its a 49cc, allowed speed belgium 25km/h

I need some help I have the 125cc sym jet 4 it's a 2011 and my instrument lights on the speed doo have stoped working and I can't find anything anywhere

mine does 70 km/h on the speedometer with unrestricted 50cc
