Just had this issue yesterday with my Kubota LX 2610. Had to move the tote into the drying position mostly filled with fresh split oak and then bring a bucket load of wood to top it off.

I Just called and ordered a 22-28 last week with the 12 way. Can’t wait to start cranking out wood and sharing content from that! Would love the diesel version it can’t splurge that hard!

Hey Andrew! Absolutely agree…. I had a Kubota LX2610 like GP Oudtoors…. No problem lifting the dry tote. Couldn’t even get the wet tote off the ground…. Hence why I sold the LX2610 and bought an MX5400. 😮

From our own experience and observations in kiln drying firewood:
One cord of green, split hardwood (maple, birch, ash) weighs approximately 2, 100kg (4, 600lbs).
One cord of seasoned, split hardwood (logs 3-6 months old, cut and split then air dried for 4-6 months) weighs approximately 1, 900 kg (4, 200lbs).
One cord of split firewood, kiln dried to 20% MC, weighs approximately 1, 700kg (3, 700lbs).
Each 200 kg difference is equivalent to 200 L of water, that's like a full bath tub of water.

Definitely a lot of difference I like to cut it split usually don’t get right to stacking month or two makes a world of difference in the weight.

I was just loading some totes full of red oak onto my hay wagon running gear. I have an MX5100, Rim Guard as well as 300# of wheel weights. It felt a little light in the rear on both totes. Maybe tomorrow I'll throw a few totes on the feed scales as I go by. I'm curious what a tote of green, but standing dead, oak weighs.

Guessing it would be easier to procure Honda engines than it would be to find a steady supply of Lithium batteries for large rechargable cells packs. ;)

Many BTUs are required to raise the temperature of water and many more BTUs are required to vaporize the water when it gets to the boiling point. You can see the water vapor coming out of a flue pipe As the water vaporizes it keeps the block of wood near the boiling point temperature, which is much lower than the combustion temperature of wood. Your customers may tell you that the wood will not burn.
