A lot of people may not realize that the lead singer on this video is a South African composer (by the name of Lebo M) who's close friends with Hans Zimmer. He he's the lead singer on most of the songs on the original Lion King and the latest movie.

The lyrical composition was done by Lebo M in Sotho, Xhosa, Zulu and other South African languages and the meaning is very powerful. The title itself "Kopano" means "The United".

The movie „ Tears of the Sun“ was a very amazing but underrated war movie. But soundtrack was incredible amazing and it was a movie from 2003. The movie even it was a war movie, it’s shows the value of humanity.

Makes me tear up every time I hear this song, I had the amazing opportunity to spend 3 months in Africa, such a beautiful continent that is ridden by corrupt government system in many of it's countries that it holds back any possibility of progression.
