California Speed - Nintendo 64 Review - HD

California Speed is a racing video game developed and published by Atari Games. The game was first released in arcades (Midway Seattle Arcade System) in 1998 and was ported to the Nintendo 64 in 1999 by Midway Games. This game contains support for the Controller Pak and the Rumble Pak also the full support for multiplayer mode.

I love the music in this game, it's so 90's but awesome! plus as Larry Bundy Jr pointed out this has one creepy message written upon those billboards, a must see. Excellent Glenn :)

I first played this one in the arcade at bush gardens... It was in the 90s and it was the first racer i played that had that psychedelic track... I had to keep playing it for that and the roller coaster... as a child they blew my mind... I love the cruisin games and rush series. This isnt quite up there for the console but I agree its close the cruisin. crack a beer (or 5), hit the bowl, and sit back and watch the scenery.

this game was actually pretty underrated. we had alot of fun racing each other. probably because the skill gap was so low.

Always a great Friday after work to watch this and get ready for the weekend. I liked the Crusin games but by that time in 99 I was onto the Dreamcast and didnt really pay this game any attention.

When I was like 12 my cousin gave me a bunch of his N64 games that he didn't want to play anymore. This was one of them. I actually really enjoy playing it even now. I always try to give my cars the absolute ugliest colour schemes possible.

I loved this games it was fun and the first racing gaming that I played with friends then later bought it for myself it's a good multiple player game to have but then again I think all racing games should be fun to play.
