Birkeland current is best distinguishable from and not mixed with two types of Space Plasma Currents. A) one linking stars along a Spiral Arm of a galaxy, B) another linking Galaxies.

Essentially Birkeland Current is Solar specific according to experimental that he did. Solar wind is Solar exclusively, it carries ions and electrons from the sun, later named Birkeland Current.

so a birkeland current is a giant romex? Makes sense, a current in a panel is looking for a return path to the source so why not have a hot and a neutral surrounded by a magnetic field linking the planets and the galaxies.

The birkland currents are described in the Timaeus of Plato by an Egyptian voice ....saying: there are seven spheres moving in groups of two and three within similar groups.
