My iPhone 12 won’t connect. Every other iPhone I’ve had has worked without issue. TV is new, too.

Thanks this works for me perfectly EXCEPT I am unable to show a movie in the apple tv app on my phone on the samsung TV - I get a message that the movie is the wrong format even though I can show the same movie using some other movie player on my macbook pro

Doesn’t work with 7yr old Samsung Smart TV.!!!! TV - does not recognise any Devices other than Samsung…Samsung turned off Smart View App..the later model Samsung TV’s recognise other Devices…I don’t feel inspired to go & buy another Samsung Smart TV 65”.
