As a german mechanical engineer, I lived in Saudi Arabia from 2002 to 2003. We built 10 steam turbine units in Shoiba- site. On Fridays, we always drove about 130 km to Djidah for food and to walk through the Arabian souks. I really enjoyed it, and the Saudis were all very nice, without exception.
The pictures reminded me of that time.

Offering petrol to the stranded motorist from her meager spare fuel, was a priceless gesture and embodied what these videos constantly displayed - the best in human kindness and unselfishness

I lived in Jeddah with my husband and two daughters for a decade. We met some of the nicest people, from all different countries, I never ever felt uncomfortable or unsafe. watching your video has brought back some lovely memories. Summer was brutal I remember the temps getting 48C (118.4F) one year.

I am impressed with the cleanliness of the street in the market area…and the generosity of the people.

Of all Noraly’s travels I have enjoyed this the most ..it’s a real eye opener the scenery in Saudi, not at all what I was expecting

Wow, amazing adventure, Noraly.
You arrived in Medina during the "holy" month of Ramadan (the 9th month in the lunar Islamic calendar). This is when Mecca & Medina residences are usually fully booked, usually in advance. You are very lucky to find a vacant room without a prior booking at this time, may be that was far away at the periphery of the city, or it was just your luck. I myself wouldn't go at this time to visit either of the 2 holy cities.
That guy lied to you about not allowing non-Muslims in the city. If you face something like that, call the tourism center or use their app to get immediate help and apology, of course. You will find later in this episode that a hotel in Jeddah was closed for not abiding by the rules of tourism.
Hapoy journey.

I never comment but, in my view, you are most optimistic person I have ever seen as vlogger, because in every situation I saw you smiling whatever the situation was.

Dear Noraly, while you are, of course, following your dream and enjoying every moment of it (clearly 🙂), you may not realize just how incredibly moving and beautiful your work has become to so many of us.

Amir is a man that can take care of business. What amazes me about this channel is all the people you meet and befriend.

An ancient old fella that seldom post but has watched every video from the beginning. I'm still just as fascinated and living vicariously through your rides. I really miss my old dirt bike days in the '60s and '70s. Take care Itchy and God bless.

I just love Old Jedda. Makes me wanna go there! And that fish restaurant.... Thanks for breaking down yet more stupid biases we hold onto, thanks to the general media. You are an incredible ambassador of all the world.

First time watching but in reading some comments I am surprised how many people seem shocked how nice people generally are. I mean I have travelled much of the world and I generally think people are just the best. Yes there are people who are not nice but I think overall the world is an awesome place. If more people put down their TVs I think the world in general would be better. This video for one is better than anything I have seen in a while. What a great life you are living !
