This is the first time I’ve seen this demoed so comprehensively. I have something similar on my bicycle: it uses radar to let me know when cars are approaching from behind. In a car, I would be happy to use it if standard fit (like in the new Golf) but, for £500 in the A3, I’m happy just to use my mirrors. So this is an option I didn’t spec.

Good examples and explanations.
I've discovered the warning exit and rear camera warning detection by my own, after i got the car.
The rear assist also brakes when the system detects a possible collision. I got about 2-3 false alarms.

Audi does this feature better than any other automaker because the indicator light is in the mirror housing instead of the mirror itself.

Thanks for another excellent video - you explain things in so much more detail than the website or the dealer! - I bought my A3 with this pack but as my car is an S-Line model feel it should have been standard as Lane Change Assist is commonly fitted as standard to most equivalent models in other makes. Overall though worth the £510.

Not related to the Lane assist stuff but does the Edition 1 come with push start? I’ve come to realise that a few of the Audi (Q3 black edition) does not come with push start but rather old school method of putting the key in and turning 😂
