The use of avocado for desert fascinates me because it is healthy. I made avocado dark chocolate mousse with monk fruit sweetener and stevia, about 50/50, with 100% melted dark chocolate or dark cocoa, so no sugar. It tastes great. I topped it with homemade whipped cream, but I'm planning on eventually eliminating that with a substitute, making it more vegan, so more healthy.
